Swimming in Windermere

We started the day with a drive down to Miller Ground, where CyclopsJnr paddled then eventually swam in Windermere.  He also found a like-minded child to splash with!

Next we scooted along to Windermere Jetty (the steamboat museum) for a lovely lunch in the cafe.  We continued our scoot through Bowness and to Cockshot Point to feed the ducks, then to the fair on the Glebe for a go on the inflatable slide, then all the way back to the car.

A thoroughly lovely day out and about!
