Sunday: The Lakes

Next stop on our holiday.  We left Altrincham this morning and are now in the Lake District, visiting K’s brother who lives in Ulverston, in the Lake District.

Frank saw us off with a lovely breakfast, after which we packed up and headed north.  It’s an easy drive and we were in Ulverston by early afternoon.

K. and I challenged each other to take a ‘very English’ photo for friends back in Canada.  This was my offering.
