Lunch out out

Rich was on call this week but we decided to risk booking a table for a Sunday lunch. I pottered around this morning and did a few bits in the garden.  I came up stairs to find Rich had been called for work and was in a conference call. We phoned the restaurant and they were very good and allowed us to move our booking back.  Rich had work booked later in the day so we had a small window of opportunity but did get out for lunch.  It was lovely - it does always taste better when you do not have to cook.  We shared a pecan pie for pudding.

Since being home it has rain very hard off and on, I have been up and down opening and closing windows to ensure the wet stays out but letting in some air as it is quite warm.
