Spitfire MkVc AR501

It was an early start and a long day at Old Warden Aerodrome for the Shuttleworth Collection family airshow. Almost but not quite back to the old format of pre-Covid-19 days. And it was great to be able walk about and enjoy the attractions.

But as we're getting used to it rained quite a lot in the morning and the cloud base was quite low. It did dry up and most of the flying program went ahead.

Managed to catch this Spitfire in some quite gloomy light.
