New game

Bit of a lazy morning doing a few things for mum. J went over to her parents in the afternoon as she had booked to see Black Widow with her youngest niece as a treat. I took the dogs down the road for a walk after dinner and then got a new board game out to see if I could figure out how to play it. Had a couple of goes and didn’t win but I think I know how to play now. Stayed up to watch the Olympics and have some cheese and the try the sloe gin as J wasn’t back and she was only going to wake me up. The men’s’ triathlon was on and it turned out to be a good race. Just as we were going to bed the alarm from the builders yard behind us went off so I popped out to see what was going on. No obvious signs of trouble so I wlked down the lane to let the owner know only to meet hi on the way up. Seems the power had gone off there setting off the alarm.
