Meadow Brown

When the sun came out fleetingly this afternoon I went in search of butterflies and spent a frustrating half hour or so seeing pretty ones fluttering past at breakneck speed into the distance.  Finally this Meadow Brown landed on the bank opposite for more than a nano second!  I had been hoping for a more exciting shot, like fitzbilly's lovely blip for today, but this as good as it gets!
