Saturday: A Rose

A grey old day but a nice start chatting on the phone with my daughter as she walked Cousin Idris.
Still collecting books and magazines to take to the Table Top Sale tomorrow, the boot of my car is almost full …
MrD went to visit our old friend EliP - they had a lot of news to catch up on!!
Family history for a few hours.
Washing went outside but not good drying weather :-((
Today’s blip is a rose from the garden at the front of the house. A garden which has been sadly neglected but which I have started clearing. This rose was pruned hard a few weeks ago and now has about a dozen buds and it has a lovely perfume.
Picked 2 courgette to add to curries, courgette count = 6
