Mary's birthday

We went to our local pub this evening to celebrate with the birthday girl. Our host, Michael, was in good form. Although we hadn't visited for a very long time, it seemed like nothing had changed.
We also returned to parkrun this morning. There were lots of enthusiastic runners (and some not so enthusiastic).
Tomorrow, we rest.
