Baking day

Started our day watching the mixed triathlon relay, well done UK winning a gold (nail biting).

Spent the rest of the day baking ….. a quiche to take with us on our little trip next week.
12 mini quiche and 12 mini cheese and onion tarts made (only 20 made it to the freezer ) for Mr PC’s birthday tea on the 15th..

The rain stayed off until after 5 o’clock allowing Mr PC to get on with the decking.
