Used to be...

an aquarium of the smaller kind (obviously) and now it has got a new use!
Because of my failed experiments with growing small seeds of different fruits earlier, well, they lived for a while and then died... I've been pondering how to get a better chance of success at this and thought first to buy an outdoor greenhouse. A bit expensive and most of them are really large and wouldn't fit my outdoor veranda. And even the ones that would fit were a bit to expensive for a smaller experiment. The supermarket nearby have these smaller greenhouses, for indoor growing and that could work, I thought.
Then it hit me today, I have an old aquarium in my closet!! Perhaps...? Out from the closet it came in a hurry. Needed a good cleaning and some fish related stuff went back in the closet again. Don't need the small landing net for the plants... or even the small pump that circulated the water... But, the lamp I do need. It'll be perfect for the small plants to get some warmth from. Had to rearrange some of my plants in the window and up on the windowsill it now stands in wait of it's new inhabitants. :) I put some small pots in it to illustrate how it will look in a not so far future. :)
And now I'm on my sofa with a nice cup of earl grey. :)
