Evening treat

Tonight we were picking up a few supplies from the grocery store, and I wandered past the ice cream freezers. What caught my eye was an ice cream we used to buy 30 years ago when we lived in eastern Canada. It was always a real lovely good quality ice cream. And we loved it.

Tonight I saw it there in the freezer, bubblegum flavor which is our sons favorite, at least it used to be.

So I bought a container’s worth and we brought it back to the house where we’re staying with our son and his wife, and we had a lovely memory filled, treat.
