Been off blip duty for a week whilst recovering from a bad attack of sciatica and tendonitis in my leg and foot, was due back on nights last night but have swapped until the weekend. Shame as I had gone months with no problem but then it hits with no warning. Managed to start walking a few days ago for short bouts but the sofa has been the main port of call.

Testing out Capture Pro 7 for its tethering abilities and so far so good. Quite impressed with it. I have started trialling the close focus contact lens in one eye and the long focus in the other to help with reading and laptop work and long distance, seems a bit odd but getting used to it. Suspect the long focus lens needs to be a bit stronger though.
