Abstract Thursday ....

... Summery/Wintery.

Since we live in the Northern hemisphere I chose to go with ... Summery!

We noticed this beautiful sunflower growing in the back a little while ago. Little did we know it was going to be a behemoth sunflower!  You really can't get a feel for how large this is by the picture.  But let me tell you it's the size of a dinner plate!  And the best thing about it is ... we didn't even plant it!  It's a result of feeding the birds and squirrels!
