Out and In

Yes, a very stressful week that did culminate in James sale achieving completion and moving out and although the purchase is not yet complete, the seller has arranged for the missing signed document to be flown over from Romania by courier. He also gave James the keys to the house and accepted a month’s rent so that James didn’t have to put the furniture into storage and sofa surf. It shouldn’t take more than a week or two.
