Walk to the lighthouse

Port Andraitx is a beautiful place with a perfectly shaped harbour.  Ideal for mooring a boat if you have one.  We begun the day with a walk to the lighthouse protecting the harbour, followed by a swim in the sea.  The water was warm and I stayed in for a while before walking (squelching) back to our hotel for a shower before going to the pool.  

We had booked our COVID tests for 5.45 so got back in good time to read the instructions and log on to video call.  I have to say I was a bit nervous and worried about a (false) positive test.  However after shoving the appropriate swab up my nose whilst on video link, the test was negative and I can return to the UK on Sunday.  What a complete load of boll*cks  for double jabbed Brits returning home, especially when I read that doors are now opened for other countries to enter UK without the same hoops!
  
 Paella and a bottle of rose completed the evening.
