Stan, who lives in the house in the park was 90 today. He was the official gardener for the park back in the day and is still there every volunteer day telling us what he'd like us to do.
There was a party this afternoon with live music, volunteers and the public. He didn't know much about it but didn't want a fuss.
I stayed for 15mins. I felt out of place and awkward.
I really hope I i don't live to 90.
