Lavena

We found a lovely café here in Lavena on our drive to Ponte Ceresio the other day. I set off to cycle to Luino on Lake Maggiore but a sudden sharp pain in my knee made me take it easy and not go all the way. My promise to myself of a morning espresso and croissant on the lakeside in Italy was kept as I remembered what a good little place this is.
