Needed a special drill bit - it came with a special price - £23!!!

B&Q were helpful. The first chap I asked for assistance said he would get someone else; the next fellow was very helpful, but couldn't find the bit; the third one went straight to it, and immediately apologised for the price.

The checkout was a self-scan, press-button, headache - fortunately, seeing my bewildered expression, there were assistants looking on offering helpful comments.
