Notes: Re-started my sessions with Lauren and had first one today - good as usual! Skin on right hand and cold sores coming out have gotten really bad. Marie called while still on phone with Lauren and was headed over (had completely forgotten and hardly remember it still). Fortunately, she and Jerry arrived with the new screen door after we were done. And, I had fortuitously reorganized the extra bedroom just the day before ... Quiet rest of the day but felt physically better and more energized.
