Grey Heron
The young one spotted me immediately and was straight over. As I was on my own today she was much less wary and seemed less stressed/distracted, even though the adult seemed to be getting swooped on by the gulls at the other side of the loch. By the time I reached the clearing the adult's "distress calls" had stopped though and there were no geese or swans around. She had her fish and flew back to her branch.
