Mediterranean pasta salad

Another hot sunny day, too hot for hiking, and I didn’t want to swim two days in succession, so we decided to do a tandem bike ride, that way I don’t need to do much with my bad hand other than rest it on the handlebar, as Roger always sits in front and steers and brakes. We did 15 miles return, starting from Cartridge Brewing at Kings Mills. I didn’t come back with any photos however, so I just took a photo of our dinner, Mediterranean Pasta Salad.
