Watching

When the fishermen come back in their boats, the herring gulls get lucky with the scraps but not today.
This evening I watched an hour long interview of Victoria Hislop by Mariella  Frostrop about her new book, One August Night, a  sequel to The Island. Victoria was speaking from her home in Crete where she is currently involved with filming one of her other books for Greek Television. It was an interesting hour. Apparently the temperature in Greece next week is going to be in the 40s.
