Busy evenings

We've had a busy day  - Yoga at home this morning,  I had a chiropractor appointment this afternoon,  and we were out for a walk around the town and shore this evening.  The rowers were also busy, with both boats out on the water.  
After all the glorious hot and sunny weather we've had, the past couple of days have been a bit of a shock to the system, and today was positively chilly!
