Early morning swim 25 mins.   A & I went to Roundhay Park for a walk, we managed 2 miles as my R knee painful once again.

Much fresher with the threat of rain today, we did have a few sunny spells which help cast dark leaf shadows on the carriageway in the Park.  

Risotto for tea with our own beans.
