Gold

The weather was damp today in Skib, but the mood was light. All talk was of the gold medals for Skib lads Paul and Fintan in Tokyo. This on the day after the Irish women's rowing team won bronze, with team member Emily. All three medal winners are from the same small parish of Aughadown just outside Skib. Must be something in the water.
