Early arrival

I woke before the alarm and was away on the drive south to the unit for the day. The traffic flowed better than usual, and I arrived at the hospital earlier than usual. On the walk from the carpark, I saw this and took one photo. It was a full day which ended up being manageable due to two meetings falling out of my diary. The first they didn't need me. The second there were too many last minute apologies (i.e. notice of non-attendance)
