Windy day

It was a very blustery day which put paid to our plans for badminton. We gave it a go but there was a distinct disadvantage to the person hitting into the wind - we struggled to get it up and over the net!  After abandoning that we got the rebounder out instead and did lots of challenges with that.

Leo’s girlfriend visited for the day and we all went out for lunch  - except Ian who had to work. I had a rather splendid steak in stilton sauce.

I am looking forward to a coffee catchup on Thursday morning with a former work colleague.  Will be lots to chat about to see what she is up to now and to fill her in on all the goings on at work.
