Out on The Block

We missed church today as we were on a call with a relative in the US who’s been diagnosed with breast cancer. It was good to catch up and share our “journeys”.

We then headed off to Maroochydore to check out my new fav store … Harvey Norman, for ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and fridges. Having had a good look, Martin reckons we should just move in first and then see what we would like replacing. The kitchen in the new house was renovated about 12 weeks ago … so no urgency as such.

After lunch we met up with Tom, Sandy and the nieces and families on Jess & Todd’s block of land. They have this humongous fire pit which provided much warmth and hairy moments as little toddlers got too close from time to time.

Lovely day out in fresh air, amongst nature and our family :).
