Albums

I miss the full size vinyl album. The art was splendid to look at, and you had all of the lyrics printed on the inner sleeve, which always ripped, but that's paper for you. I don't even want to recall how much I spent on all of the albums in my collection, and I do think it was money well spent. I did love the crackle at the beginning when the stylus was set down, and how you had to flip the record over to hear the rest of the music. My kids had never seen a record before or heard one played on a turntable. It was fun to see their reactions. Life had a slower pace then, back in the 80's.....the 70's.....
