Bridge over calm water

This is the last bridge (across the Gersprenz) of the railway track to our village. As a matter of fact it is past the station and even past the end of the railway. The whole track is about 3 kilometres long, from station to station.
There are some people who want the track to be reinitiated, if possible even to the next village(s). Whether that will ever happen? Only if the mobility is changed completely.
But until then the owner of the track is speculating a huge win and thus keeps the track instead of allowing the city to use it for other purposes.
