Oooh aaaahhh when will I see you again

It’s begun.

The clearance.

Today, it was the car. We considered Gumtree; we spoke to a couple of ‘we buy…. But in the end we took it back to the garage from whence it came two years ago.

They were very decent and were quite happy to allow us to say goodbye to Car. Car has served her well…. It took us to Warminster…. And brought her back; then took her to Oxford and back and forth to her school, and then brought her home again.

She won’t need it in Qatar though, and we don’t really need another one.

But now I can see the weeds in the drive and tomorrow am going to have to sit myself down and get it sorted.
