Stream by the pool

We went to Lewes this morning to what I have decided is my favourite swimming pool. Less hot, sunny and summer holiday like than last week but none the less gorgeous for it. We spotted the gorgeous homemade brand new cake as we left and the young man rustled us up 3 slices and hot drinks which we took to the perfect bench by this steam. The ducks were many and entertaining.

Home for Daisy to arrive for a very fleeting visit. Long enough for her to eat a mozerella ball and to collect three soft toys from the loft. The poor toys that got sent back up. “This is not Toy Story Mum”.

Then some cooking, dinner, etc. Will has successfully presented himself a couple of times at food points to demonstrate his continued aliveness.
