All alone am I ever since your goodbye
All alone with just a beat of my heart
People all around but I don't hear a sound
Just the lonely beating of my heart


After having done some chores in the household , I accompanied Bert by bike to Maastricht where he had an appointment with the company doctor.  Patiently I sat in the sun, watching the people passing me and the pigeons, who were unabashedly trying to court .
I was sat in front of the station entrance, there was plenty to look at.
