Had my feet up today after work. Had a good dinner, thank you. Need to find a way forward and get better.

Saw the new Halloween (2018) which I liked a lot. The olympics has been really inspiring despite the potential dangers it poses, seeing the world get together to compete is a feeling everyone needs. I’m conflicted but seeing Japan and Australia compete feels good.
