Decreased eyesight

What does that even mean? Blindness? Tunnel vision? Myopia???


This shit has all the side effects. My favourite is 'loss of contact with your own personal reality'. How do you even achieve that? Because psychosis is when your reality doesn't match societies consensus, so it would kinda be like transcending psychosis. Perhaps I will gain enlightenment when I am done being sick
