Chez April
Went to church this morning at St. André. There was hardly anybody there compared to last Sunday. Looks like there are a lot of French Easter, Christmas, and any big holy day Catholics.
After church, I went to April's place. It was my first time there and she has such a nice place. Her place had a lived in feeling. I compared it to my place and now I think my place is very well put together. Anyway, I had brought some basil infused fettucini noodles and ingredients for an alfredo sauce for lunch. I prepared that while April made a mâche and apple salad with toasted home-made bread with rounds of goat cheese on top. When we were done cooking, April set the table in her backyard and we lunched. It was a simple, nice meal. My fettucini alfredo wasn't bad, considering I just quickly threw the sauce together. And the salad was delicious. The microwaved apples on the mâche was a great combination.
Then, April brought out her host mom's guitar, who is a musician, and I listened to her play. She's quite talented.
Afterwards, we tried to plan our trip to Lourdes. However, the SNCF website wasn't working properly.
