In the bowels....

Occasionally I work with Medical Illustrations a short walk from work. They're below ground in the old part of the public hospital.

I don't visit them often enough to know my way around the bowels of the hospital. It's a wee bit creepy down there and one occasion I was well and truly lost.

Today we recorded the narration to go with video we shoot tomorrow. My "voice" was superb, a busy manager in the health system. Bar the editing I can tick that off my list.

Today's gratitude: For a torturous hour of pilates this evening. I enjoyed it.
