Set off for Norfolk before the builders arrived. Quite a slow journey but met up with D as planned, just a bit late! Notice coffee and scone in the village square and then went to find our B and B. Rooms not ready so we went to burnham market for a good potter around the shops, holkham hall outdoor shop , wells next sea ( blip) and holt. It rained intermittently which was a shame and so we decided to return to holkham for a proper visit tomorrow. Saw a garden sculpture in Burnham market which is tempting me. Delicious fish and chips in holt and again decided to return for a proper look around. Got back to our b and b . Comfortable and friendly but with rather a lot of crucifixes!
