2021 — 2nd Monday with Tristan

The big event today was for Tristan to get to the Post Office because he had drawn a picture for his mom, one for his dad, and one for each of his little sisters.

When we are at the house, Tristan is either reading like crazy or he is drawing. It was interesting to teach him about how to address an envelope. It is quite apparent that Tristan is in the generation that does not often send mail or get mail. Social media and email have taken the place of hardcopy mail.

After our trip to the post office, we gave up the idea of walking the pups because rain was beginning to fall. So we stopped at Spencer’s Market in North Morro Bay to get a few items for dinner.

At home we barbecued burgers for an easy and delicious dinner.
