Dolly friendship

Good friends are so hard to find! This is a very old picture of my friend Stef and I, I'm on the left! Thought this was apt because of a conversation I was having with another friend! The rest of this post is a wee bit of a rant, just need to get some things out!

Just slightly over a year ago something happened to me with a group of friends that left me so unwell I ended up off of work for 6 months! I am still receiving treatment for this and whilst I never said anything at the time I now wish I had! If I had, a friend might not be going through a similar thing now! I would have hoped this group would have learned from mistakes they made with me but it seems they did not! It is so disappointing and upsetting to see the same thing happen to a person so completely undeserving of it! Relationships are fraught with difficulties and whilst I do not have a lot of friends, I am thankful for the few incredibly good friends I do have!
