Historic Houses

We knew it would be sometime before we were able to travel outside the UK.  So with that in mind, back in May, when we came out of lockdown, we decided to take out a membership with Historic Houses.  There are hundreds of houses and gardens all over the UK that are part of the scheme including Floors Castle which we visited yesterday.  Today I was back planning our next outings - maybe Scone Palace, Cambo Gardens or Dunnottar Castle!  

I carried my umbrella and waterproof jacket around all day waiting for the 'thundery showers' predicted in the weather forecast.  Nothing so far although the BBC says there's a 94% chance at 10pm!
