Rutland Water

It was a very peaceful scene over Rutland Water when we got up this morning. We were amazed that wee Bertie, who had left his mother and siblings yesterday to travel for three hours in a noisy metal box with two strange people, slept through from 8.30pm until 6.45am this morning. After a time of energetic play and some food, he then slept for a further four hours while we travelled north on the A1(M) amidst horrendous traffic. However, he was rewarded with more fun and food before going to bed. What a wee star!
