A trip to Newton Stewart

We had a look at the shops and a walk along the River Cree then sat out for our picnic lunch. We drove to Wigtown on the way home and sat out again at the harbour for a read. A very pleasant warm day.
The extra shows one of the poetic displays along the riverbank.
