paused at Ian’s bench by the river on a slow jog.

And sorry to regular followers, nothing wrong, I had an involuntary digital detox in Scotland which was great and then life has got suddenly busy and we are not so used to that after 15 months of intermittent lockdowns. Anyway when I get around to it I will try to post photos with a caption for the missing weeks…
