More busy bees.

A busy bee pollinating our runner beans. You can see the flowers, the tiny beans and those ready for picking.
Tried a new variety called “ Moonlight” White flowers instead of red. They seem to be doing really well at the moment.
After taking some photos we picked our first beans. 13.5ozs. A good beginning and they tasted sooooo good.

Another hot and humid day. We have had a couple of spots of rain, but that is all. Still waiting for the thunderstorms.
We keep seeing black clouds in the distance, but then they disappear and the sun appears again. Such strange weather. I think I will have to do some more watering tonight.

Another great day for Team GB at the Olympics. Medals coming thick and fast.
Must just mention Georgia Taylor - Brown in the Triathlon, who came second and won a silver medal. I’m sure she would have won if it hadn’t been for a puncture.
