Not so fearful symmetry

Central Library in Edinburgh has all that a proper library should have - big wooden staircase, plenty of well thumbed through books on tall shelves and these all important nooks and crannies to hide in with a book, thoughtfully supplied with armchairs.

I like the angles and perspectives on this shot, I tried to take one without any modern lights or emergency exits signs but it's not really possible. Oh well.
