Butterflies & Bees.

Thought I may as well join the butterfly and bee fest.  And why not - as with most things there is a season and these creatures are so beautiful to photograph that one might as well make the most of it.  Duller things can be saved for later on.  I am reminded of the I-Spy books much loved from childhood.  My current book would have sparse entries and nothing exotic but today I added Gatekeeper to my collection.  The bees are mocking me by flying out of shot at the critical moment and giving me a bee gesture with one leg...or maybe it was a friendly wave - see Extra montage.
