All Go at the Canal

I have swopped working days due to the weather warning for thunderstorms, but its actually quite a nice day at the moment.  I have been to our allotment and harvested a good haul of fruit and veg.
At lunch time I went walking with 'M'-we came back along the canal close to the flat.
The canal was very busy with 4 boats tied up, 1 cruising through and some canoes getting ready for an adventure.  The canal is still very scummy, I think the rain will help when it comes.
