Me & my trusty steed Augustus

A very productive day in the garden, staking & supporting plants bashed by the wind & rain, cutting back finished perennials, then I blitzed the greenhouse.
Quite a lot of time spent watching action from the Olympics late afternoon.

I'm guessing I was about 13 years old in this pic taken in the back yard of the Anchor Inn, which has now been reduced to a pile of rubble. The garage & barn still intact .. just about. I was into horse riding more than music back then.
