On the (top of the) couch

The dog has taken to leaping up onto the back of the couch behind my head, as if that were perfectly normal!!!

An enjoyable yoga and meditation day today however the weather was pants-cold, windy and snowy.
Daughter S has had a good first day at work in Auckland, complete with cake!
I am so pleased and proud of her for making such a bold move. She has been enjoying her surfing-brave , clever girl!!
